Houghton Deco launch

Yesterday I attended the launch of the new Houghton Deco Furniture Company based on original 18th Century furniture from Houghton Hall, Norfolk. The modern group of pieces inspired by the Art Deco period of the 1920's and 1930's. Made in seasoned Oak with a limed or light polish finish. Even if you don't live in a Deco period house these pieces would grace any modern scheme. For further information and product, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Tonight's Jake Event at Richard James

Tonight I was a guest at 'Jake' the social and professional networking event hosted by Ivan Massow and Richard James at Richard's fashion store in London's Saville Row. With champagne flowing and a great atmosphere a good time was had by all, even though the star guest Joan Collins was unable to attend due to being delayed at Scotts! Well done Jake and looking forward to the next event.

Sexy Chiffon Lampshades

When choosing appropriate shades for these stunning lamps that I brought from Paris I couldn't resist using sexy silk chiffon, knife pleated by hand, using a clear light bulb which gives a slick effect. The mirrored credenza has a slight Deco look and warranted these lamps to enhance my clients dining room along with the matching Deco 'Lily' mirror and crystal obelisks. For any information on the above products or my design service, please feel free to contact me.

'Bella' Armchairs in 'Maria Callas'

This stunning fabric 'Maria Callas' from Rubelli looks amazing upholstered on these 'Bella' armchairs. When in need of adding colour to your scheme this is a great way to add cerise, chartreuse and gold; the fabric is framed by the dark wenge wood of the chair. For further information about the chair and other colours of 'Maria Callas' or the armchair please feel free to contact me.
